What was Bottas doing more interested in closing Hamilton to the right and letting Verstappen in on the left.

Argh! Damned Red Bull! Bottas must be the most useless team mate ever. He would rather try to point score against Lewis than help him and the team.

Hes leaving and probably bitter about being 2nd best all the time. Why would he help lewis.

Omg. Both Verstappen & Hamilton might be about to get back of grid or pit lane start for breaking rules. Holy shit.

Surely they can't penalise Verstappen because others have done the same in the past with no grid penalty.

Max was very silly for doing that though but I suspect he's taking a calculated risk and trying to bring attention to something.

Hamilton might but no way Verstappen does. Hamilton’s rear wing potentially illegal, but all Verstappen did was go look at it and out hand near to measure. Two very different infractions, so punishments should be different.

Even if the both went to the back( can't see max being put there). Max will be fine as his car can overtake, Hamilton would be fucked haha

Max champion now surely bar something very odd happens. 30+Point lead likely after this weekend.

Does Hamilton even bother with the sprint race? Will he get enough gain in the short time to get enough overtakes to not drop him back to the back of the grid!

Would be amusing if he did 1 lap and then just parked up in the pit!

Imagine if other sports adopted the sprint race format; bobsledding, where all the sleds go down at once, or 10 pin bowling, everyone fling em at the same time!

It's literally qualifying, but everyone has to go at the same time to cause as much chaos as possible, but I'm interested to see if teams are tempted to start doctoring their finish, to get clean-track or on particular circuits with a favored side to the grid. Could be absolute mayhem.

I’ve always like the idea that if F1 went back to Indianapolis that they could do a double header with Indycar.

Now obviously F1 cars are faster than indycars so there’s no point them racing on the same track. So F1 would race on the track circuit and indycar would race on the oval circuit.

Now some may point out as if I didn’t know, that the track circuit and the oval circuit go in the opposite directions. But I think that that would merely show how talented the drivers are that at the same time they’re trying to pass cars on the main straight, that they also have to keep an eye on oncoming cars.

I think it’ll be exciting.
