3 at the back against league 2 opposition, not one creative player in sight. Poch decisions get more baffling by the week.

lol Harry and AVB would never get anywhere near the levels that Poch has achieved with this squad, a squad Poch has built himself, also when those two were managers the top 6 wasn't as competitive as it is now.

This squad is miles ahead of anything either of them managers had.

love Poch, but the squad is so unbalanced atm. His distrust of creative types is extremely discouraging. The squad needs to be frshened up with youth integration and some quality high potential signings.

He’s not learning from blatant mistakes. Concerning.

Is it a stubborn streak perhaps? I hope so, as opposed to not seeing it.

Wanyama, Dembele and Sissoko...they’d do a great job...in the Wimbledon midfield of the early 90’s

Maybe Poch has taken us as far as he can, really worries me he continues to pick Dier and Sissoko. Harry and AVB got good finishes in the Prem with worse squads, so not the end of the world if he leaves. I hope Levy is drawing up a list of potential mangers just in case Real steal him away. I have no idea who we would go for.

So in your head, Poch is no longer good enough for Spurs but is the perfect fit for Real Madrid? :ROFLMAO:

I can understand questioning some of Poch's tactics/selections but questioning his position at the club is crazy.

I would not be happy if we don’t get top 4. We are 6th biggest club financially so 5th is no amazing achievement.

It is when you're essentially playing a whole season without really ever playing at home. You can't look at this season in isolation considering he's dragged us from being an absolute shambles 4 years ago to where we are now.

Forum should be closed after a negative result, people just talk nonsense and end up venting and knee jerking.
lot's of concern's like lack of creativity in the squad and youth integration get talked about all the time even when results are good. You are just apart of a strange and pasionate bunch that cant stand any kind of poch criticism.

Yeah apart from the fact that people are calling for his head...unless you agree with it which I suspect you do if that's your reaction.

Funny thing is I criticised him after the Southampton game but you carry on (y)

Come on Shady, we all know that you enjoy having a go at the kneejerkers just as much as they enjoy kneejerking. It's your raison d'etre on these forums. Just like mine is making shit jokes for cheap points because I'm a whore for those sweet, sweet Funny ratings.

I can understand questioning some of Poch's tactics/selections but questioning his position at the club is crazy.

This is where I am at, question his tactics and his selections and also even maybe his ability (he is still young after all and has a lot to learn) but to question his position at the club is crazy to me.

Best manager in my lifetime and I couldn't see anybody in football that could do a better job than him with this current squad and the way our club is being run by Levy.

It's just a case of hoping Poch can, well, learn from his mistakes and improve as time goes on, also his favourtism towards certain players is troubling, I feel sometimes he allows his ego to interfere with his logic.

Almost like he should be you know, taking a look at himself...long and hard...

Just not in a mirror.

their has always been mindnumbing kneejerk reactions even in the best of times, if you take the time it is extremely easy to differentiate between kneejerkers and valid concerns. Poch out is plain stupid / Poch neglecting the creative short comings of the squad less so.

I dont know about what u said after Southampton, but I do know that for the most part you are apart of the poch super fangirl club.
