I’ve read the book and I love the family vibe about the club but perhaps he’s not ruthless enough?

He’s lost every big game since he’s been here.

I think Ancelotti would win trophies with us for example
What, with the wage and transfer limitations Levy has in place?
He wouldn't even think of coming here mate.

It means he WANTS serious BACKING!!!

He will get it, but now he is pushing it publicly.
I'm hoping Levy is listening!

Yes I am aware this is a very optimistic outlook to be having right now considering how hard the doom mongers are going at it.

He seems to do that some degree every year but it doesn’t matter. Maybe the changing of the transfer window closing might help but I doubt it.

Which resulted in what? Best of the rest perhaps?

I love the man and to be honest I’ll take top 4 and the chance of a final appearance one day every season but, he loses games that lead to trophies.

But so does Pep

Perhaps. I’m not saying we need change but just pointing out managers who win stuff with similar level sides.

I'd hate for results like today and Wembley leg against Juve to turn into we lost because the manager hasn't been backed properly or that we didn't have the personnel to get the job done.

How about looking at in-game tactics and some culpability from the management and players out on the pitch.

Will that make a difference? We had the best team in that pitch today and lost, again. Jose would win trophies with this team 100%
wouldn't come here in a month of sundays....at Utd: £238,200,000 net spend for Jose on top of the millions spent by Louis
Poch -- net spend is £18 million
we have some of the most delusional fans outside of Merseyside and North London!

It kills me that Liverpool raise their game, collectively, team and support, to beat City when it matters yet United score today and you just knew it was over for us.

No fight or desire, on the pitch or to be honest, off it either.

Not sure I agree tbh, how many times has he gone to a league with the 4th best team in it, with the sixth highest resources, and won anything?
He's another one in the Mourinho mould, goes to massive clubs with almost infinite resources, he's bound to win loads of trophies like that.

We don’t have the Mane’s or Salah’s. fam me, add Chamberlin to that.

I was there a few weeks ago when we completely played them off the park in a league game. Up the stakes, we crumble

True. It's clearly a mental issue

Be interesting how we perform last 4 games. There must come a point where the players start to think, it’s just not gonna happen with this guy. Doesn’t mean Poch is a bad manager but sometimes things can go stale. Are we at that point yet, who knows let’s hope not. But I’d imagine there’s only some much disappointment a very talented group of players can take hearing the same voice. For me I’d give it 2 more years, if the same pattern continues then you may have to start to think.

Maybe the players would wanna look in the mirror first, cause I don't think a different guy standing on the sidelines would've made much difference to how awfully a number of them performed today.
