Poch quotes from the embargoed part of todays press conference:

“For me, all that has happened here is a massive success, For me, winning titles? Yes, but [it matters] with which team."

“It is normal to win titles with Barcelona , Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, maybe Juventus or Porto in Portugal . With a big team, you are already very close to winning. Success, for me, is to achieve the top four like last season. It was a big success for Tottenham and maybe means more than winning one title with Barcelona."

“I dream of lifting trophies, but the way I did with Espanyol [as a player]. Two Copa del Reys – with Espanol! That is why I always admire Diego Simeone at Atletico Madrid. It is so difficult to win with Atletico Madrid . He deserves full credit, more maybe than others."

“Of course, as a manager and as a player, you love to lift trophies. We will arrive, we are ambitious. But for me success is not only lifting a trophy. How is very important, how you arrive to lift trophies"

“I have not changed my desire to lift trophies [in the way I did it with] the Copa Del Rey or at Newell’s Old Boys."

“If you play for Boca Juniors or River Plate, it’s normal to win – not playing for Newell’s Old Boys. And I like that challenge with the team that are not spending the money, and you challenge with them. That is what I like the most, more than lifting trophies.”

Poch out! No ambition. He thinks top 4 is a trophy.

This is absolutely beautiful, so many quotables.
The bit about the Southampton academy graduates is the highlight for me:
So why did Pochettino view Spurs as a step up from Southampton?

It couldn’t have been the academy – for where are the recent Spurs graduates to compare with Southampton’s Bale, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott, Shaw, Lallana and Chambers?

:ROFLMAO:

Him and Levy are the best things to happen to our club in a long time.

Levy has tried and tested many managers since he's been at the club. Now that he's finally got the right man, I hope he does everything within his means to keep Poch for the long haul.

Inter (Ausilio) flying in to London this week to offer Poch an 8.5m a year wage to manage them according to Sky Italia. They originally approached Conte and Simeone, but they have made it clear they want to stay at their clubs.

Of all the clubs linked to Poch Inter should probably be a concerning one, the chance to revive a fallen giant with decent resources and I'm sure an adequate academy, but after the way Poch has spoken all year I just don't see it as a possibility. Poch has spoken of loyalty, the affinity he has gained with the club, the fans and the players, the relationship with Levy, wanting to achieve through hard work rather than buying success, he even promised to see in the new stadium last week. There is plenty of call for cynicism in football, but I honestly believe Poch has earned our trust/faith.

And that's before considering how hard it would be to prise in my opinion Levy's greatest ever asset in his whole tenure away from him.

He's said he will lead us into the new stadium. He's given us his word. That's all I need.

Didnt see this back in April but this should be rammed down any journo's throat that suggests he will be off if we don't win trophies.

Just look at his eyes last night during the Glory Glory rendition... the emotion got to him. We're in his blood now, he'll be here for long time yet.

Conte & Simeone have made it clear but the 20 times Pochettino has said he's not leaving in pressers didn't make it clear enough I presume?

There is absolutely no way Poch is leaving any time soon.

Why bother with his quotes, when I have seen it his eyes...
