I for one am very happy with the trajectory the club has travelled ever since ENIC took over. State of the art facilities and CL qualification whilst attaining this infastructure.

Signing potential world class talents, Ndombele, Lo Celso, Sessengnon.

I am aghast and despairing of the so called supporter of today EXPECTING us to challenge for the title or to win every game, every season until eternity.

We are having a bit of a meh season so 90% of these so called fans want to throw everyone and everything under the bus.

Levy has his faults, Poch has his faults and some of the players are putting their lives, familys and careers before the club.

The slating of Eriksen is abhorent.

I suppose it is a snapshot of society these days, and I think it's pathetic.

Abhorrent is a bit much. Eriksen has been terrible for months and is clearly putting himself first (which is human nature) but therefore shouldn't be playing. Poch is more to blame for actually picking him, which is exactly why I'm leaning towards getting rid of him. Whatever your thoughts are on Toby, his commitment has never been questioned. Yes it might just be coached agent media talk but he's not once said anything about going elsewhere.

Eriksen is clearly not at all interested in being here, it’s not merely a form thing that will come good. He clearly is disinterested and its plain to see for his lack of commitment displayed in his performances the last six months.

Neville summed him up pretty succinctly imho.

But Eriksen was terrible yesterday.
I agree that some folk go over the top in criticising him but for him to have played a full 90 yesterday, was really baffling for me.
His passing was dire and he spent most of the game just aimlessly jogging around.
Yes, he doesn't stop moving but it's mostly pointless motion.
He should have been subbed for Ndombele, Lo Ceslso, or even Dier at half time.

The first thing Levy needs to do is ask Poch if he still wants to be here and if he thinks he can turn it around. Then he has to ask Poch what is he going to do to turn it around.

Until those three things happen then we cant move on. If they already have a few weeks ago then Poch will be closer to the way out than the way in.

I still don't feel Levy is ready to move him on though, because he doesn't have an alternative. He needs to get someone in who is going to be instantly better. Based on Poch's WHOLE time here its a very difficult ask. Levy hardly has a track record for appointing managers. If Poch goes, we then have to ask whether Levy can appoint the right man. I'm not sure he can. We're pretty fucked.
Couldn't agree more - I really hope that DL has already had the conversation with Poch.

I agree with this, I don't think Poch made a good decision selecting him.

But when I see things like "Eriksen should just f*** off" it angers me.

He has given us more over his tenure here than most and to speak of him in these terms is in my opinion disgusting.

I believe he wanted to go, I also believe Levy was probably asking too much for him and that's why he did'nt go.

Levy has messed up by showing no loyalty to Eriksen and his service to us.

So far in 2019

0 wins in 11 away games.
6 wins from 23 league games
23 defeats from 45 games

We've lost a total of 69 games from 287 under Poch.

Before 2019, the record was 242 played, and only lost 46. Astonishing how anyone can continue to defend the man. This is not a blip in form.

Levy has messed up by showing no loyalty? Eriksen has turned down contracts in order to look after himself. Hes going to leave on a free in July 2020. Loyalty my arse. He deserves nothing from us for his performances in the last year.

Hes still getting well paid to do a job and hes not doing it. Any other industry would replace him

I wonder what Kane and others would think if we did appoint Howe.
Good manager but not class imo and not who we need right now.
The worry with Howe would be that he is 'the man' at Bournemouth and clearly has the full backing of the board and the players. If it's not too abstract to suggest that the 'moon and stars are aligned' for him there - that's the best description that I can think of.

By the letter of the law you are right, but sometimes the human element has to come into things no?

I am shocked Levy has allowed this situation to come about after what happened with Campbell.

Eriksen publicly pushed for a move despite no club actually being in for him. At least when Berbatov, Modric etc did it there was a genuine deal waiting to be done.

Levy wasn’t ‘asking too much’. There was no negotiation. Madrid didn’t want him.

Out of interest - just throwing this out there but realistically if Poch totally dropped him and we failed to win without him (not that we are doing brilliantly with him), I wonder whether people would be calling for Poch to bring him back into the team after a few games. I've lost count of the players that have been dropped or sold (players that were royally slagged off as not being good enough) and then sure enough it's "we should never have sold/dropped him."
