Off topic I know, try a blue cheese, known as Cashel Blue, comes from Ireland, Tipperary little farm. Dogs nuts. Maybe TCO can add some input.

Every year on my birthday I put cheese, biscuits and pickles on for the lads, but a few weeks in advance, I always ask the local shop to order some of this in.

I'm not a fan of blue cheese tbh. A good vintage cheddar can't be beaten for cheese & biscuits.
