I'm not sure if this should go here so if the mods feels this has to be moved then I'm sorry.

A little something to shift our attention in what will be another long summer.

On the 3rd this month I finally stepped foot in one of the places I've set as a must to go throughout my lifetime. White Hart Lane. After travelling half the globe I booked a stadium tour and I have to say it was the best £15 spent ever. Walking into the stadium I felt like a kid going into Disneyland. In fact it felt better than going to Disneyland. I'm sure many of you probably feel that I'm exagerating but to finally step foot in WHL is like a dream come true. I even got to touch Ledley King's jersey and the rest of the teams jerseys in the dressing room! I'm even more proud knowing that I've been to the original WHL (assuming the plans for the new stadium go through).

Being in the stadium, looking at the many memorabilias and pictures of the greats and even seeing the pitch has surely made me feel so proud of being a spurs fan.

I hope I will be able to come again maybe as a spectator in one of the games in the future. COYS!

Nice one mate.
It's good that people still feel that way about football and Spurs.
I take it you're not local?

Just out of interest, what's the second proudest moment of your life? I'm not saying going to the Lane for the first time wouldn't have been a great experience, but you do seem to be setting the bar on proud moments pretty low.

Did you take any photos of the stadium tour Azlan? Would be fantastic if you could post them up here please.

My first time at the Lane, got the tour, and then saw us lose 2-0 to Liverpool. :-(

Joey : my second proudest moment? Getting my pilots license! That was pretty much my proudest moment before I went to WHL.

Spurs mental : well I just wish I was that lucky. To come and watch a match at WHL. Win or lose doesn't matter. But it would've been special to see us win though!

glad to hear you had a great time azlan.

its a special place to visit. actually being in the changing room felt strange, like i belonged there. maybe i was just use to it after all the sunday league changing rooms ive been in over the years (except a much nicer sunday league changing room :) )

I think Azlankicap answered pretty well Azrael:) not too easy to top this:

Alex. It is pretty awesome the tour. Even my gf was impressed! The set up and history of the club made it all worthwhile.
