Sticking with Harry Kane.
I nursed him through his quiet patch last year
consoled him through the Euros
and he needs me again.
I'm here Harry.

Our middle four will eat you out of house and home
and leave without a backward glance or a thankyou.
Don't go there.

My beau, Chadli, has left the club and my heart

I choose Big Kev Wimmer as my new adoptee. I feel he should be starting over Jan currently, and the way he stonewalled Yaya Toure to the floor last season after a nasty tackle from him made me feel all fuzzy inside

just asking, but do we stick to this thread when pampering, and nursing our adopted brats, or is this just defend on SC whatever thread?

if it's for the match day thread, my boy ain't going to get much use from me. if i ever go in there, I only ever go in there once the final whistle goes, and usually 40 odd pages have been posted and I definitely ain't going back checking that shit of meltdowns

Don't worry, you are not alone! Just look out for him when you can

No one seems to have yet so i'll adopt big Kev. Thought it was pretty unfair when he lost his place, didnt put a foot wrong. Rock of a defender with a good pass on him

Can I have Vinny J as I'm sure he'll start getting his fair share of stick if he doesn't hit the ground running? Farewell to Alex P from last year - all the best lad..

I'll pick Verts, he's been quite average ever since his awesome first season and I never rated him as highly as others, and I understand all the concerns about how he defends corners and how toby saves his skin. But he's been begrudgingly with the club for quite a while now, through some really rough patches for the club and I'd like to see him part of the main group of the squad that leads us to glory. While ironically I do prefer Wimmer, I feel the criticism of Jan's performance that I read in the Stoke rating thread was ridiculous and I feel people r going to blindly call for his head all season long, because that's just what people do.
