What's new

This summer is set to be crazy.

Was just thinking about the changes that some teams may make this summer and I started to realise it could be one of the maddest yet.

We have some high profile managers potentially moving, hopefully before any other moves).

Then we have United allegedly prepared to spend £200m. Every selling club knows they need to buy so will likely hike the prices.

Other clubs will need to spend. Chelsea need a new forward line and Mourinho will not be happy to finish 3rd. If Suarez does go to Madrid then Liverpool will be spending. We will no doubt buy a few, and Arsene will sit on his pennies until the fans start to turn.

And thats just the PL and just a handful of teams.

And all this against the backdrop of a world cup where some unexpected names will inevitably shine bright and clubs will be scrapping for their purchase.

I'm looking forward to this summer as its gonna be a mad one!

WC will slow it down.

Expect to see some big transfers done early (Costa to Chelsea, Hazard to PSG, Strootman to Utd) then nothing of note till August.

Hazard wont go PSG, if he does we should look at Greizmann who supposed to go there and Strootman wont pass a medical this year

Can't agree more... The World Cup will make it a rather short window, with players stuck in the competition, and agents wanted to wait to see if their players value will increase during the competition.

Plus less crap transfer news since the World Cup will be dominating the headlines...

Gonna be a nail biter to see if we can hang on to the likes of Lloris, Eriksen, Verts, Paulie and even Walker.

But first things first... We need a new manager in and fast! Always wondered if we sack Harry earlier we would have gone with Rogers... But its time... We look forward.

If i was a Chelsea fan < spits three times, runs in a circle, grabs wire brush dives into a bleach bath > i'd be wondering how fuck they finished third and pot less with their "special" manager, then again i don't want to interrupt their finger painting.
