Ignoring the stadium stuff because alot of that we now know and the stuff we dont, the club wont say anything.

2. Ticketing

· Season Ticket renewals 2015 and 2016 - DIdnt the club just release this info like 2 or 3 weeks ago? Not sure what else THST expects here....
· Phased payment options
· Pricing for season (s) away including amnesties
· Stretch pricing for new stadium, including multi-year deals
· Share TV Wealth campaign - Not sure what they're going to get from the club here. They literally just got £1bn of the deal put aside for fans and grassroots work. Club wont have any plans for that available yet
· StubHub - THST is STILL on this, eh? Club clearly isnt listening to your disapproval of it, guys. Move on already.
· Commitment to fan consultation - Everyone knows my feelings on this. Club fails at transparency.

3. Policing/Safety work
· Joint Club/ Trust approach -
· Developing supporter input -

4. Player development and recruitment

· Role of Director of Football, Chief Scout and Head Coach in player recruitment - All work in unison, and make the decisions as a comittee, yadda yadda yadda. Real Answer? They all answer to Daniel, who doesnt get guys the manager really wants. Next.
· Academy - "Big emphasis on it. Proud of the results thus far and excited about the future." is what they'll say. Which I 100% agree with.
· Transfer policy - Addressed as part of the financial release. Wont change expect larger emphasis on bringing players through.
· Safeguarding transfer funds during the stadium build project - Club will say some standard line. But everyone knows we wont sell more than we bring in on player sales. Bulk of tv money will be going toward stadium.

So really only a couple things I would like to hear more on and will look at. I hope the club will actually give some real answers and information. Everything else is standard club line stuff, stuff they wont release yet and stuff we already know.

Funny how things can change very quickly. The one of these earlier in the season had a confrontational feel leading up to it, loads of 'Enic out' stuff about. Then Kane came along...

The club and StubHub have already been forced into modifying normal StubHub procedure for the resale of Spurs tickets. So you are demonstrably wrong on this issue.

So really only a couple things I would like to hear more on and will look at. I hope the club will actually give some real answers and information. Everything else is standard club line stuff, stuff they wont release yet and stuff we already know.

Of course much of what is discussed at these meetings is necessarily vague and bland. But there is usually enough by way of minor revelation to make them interesting and worthwhile. More importantly, these meetings aren't just a one way flow of information. They are also a useful forum for fans to give the club their opinion on various issues.

If anything actually, it's the opposite. Marca and Perez aren't on good terms atm, and if anything it's now Marca applying pressure on Perez to go get him.

As expected no big transfers in the next few years. Hopefully this can stop the hysteria in the summer when we may be linked to the likes of Depay again

- THFC’s transfer comfort zone was with younger players around the £10-15m price range and they would look to return to that policy

Also looks like a dig at AVB and Baldini here:

Was felt that moving away from this strategy in Summer 2013 hadn’t worked well for THFC, however, DL was keen to stress the Club had backed the Coach and Technical Director with those purchases

In summary: They experimented with the Bale money, they failed, and hopefully it won't happen again.
