Ticket Share Woes

I transferred my Man City ticket via Ticket Share on Wednesday evening. The fan who is not a One Hots[pur member but IS in my Network with a CRN has not yet received the email asking him to accept the ticket. Should I be worried - and if so, what should I do ? Will he have to print the ticket up when he does receive it ? Thanks guys and COYS !!!

My Brother in Law transferred his ticket over to a mate of mine and he received an email almost immediately so might be worth contacting the ticket office?

I also sent a ticket on Wednesday evening which didn't work at all, had to resend to a different account yesterday which worked fine. Def speak to the ticket office, or try again sending it.

On Wednesday, I transferred a ticket to a member via ticket share, he received the club email but when he tried to accept the ticket he had an error message to contact the ticket office.

I cancelled the share from my account & then set up the share again, this time the accept worked.

Within a couple of minutes of accepting the share he received another email from the club with the link for his digital season pass (apple pay).

Have your network share fan log onto there account and the ticket maybe ready to accept on there. We had the same problem.
