I personally never had any problems with Seatbooker... The longest it ever took me to book tickets was 5 minutes for Chelsea in the league about 4 years ago... Also I think part of the reason why the current system takes so long is that because tickets are randomly assigned, people remove them and try and get better seats, meaning more people are in the system for longer...

I can remember on numerous occasions when the sale was suspended and you could only book over the phone. Tickets went on sale at 9:00am in those days and I was at work, the site was down, couldn't phone up and Ticket Office Today was saying that online sales would resume in the afternoon, sometimes online sales were suspended for a whole day, give me the new system any day.

Good thing I used half my day at work sitting in that queue swearing at the computer screen, when there seem to be lots of more tickets up for grabs! Now you can log straight on and there's even some green blocks left.

Got mine last Friday
