Im about to make an important point and I strongly believe it should be implemented.

i would like the money to improve facilities and for youth players improvement. The years ahead will be hard as trillionaire investors come in and play real-life fantasy football. That means chance of buying proven players will be scarce. So we need our own players and recuit talents from a young age. I hate to say we shud be looking at what arsenal is doing but there is no other way about it as I for one wud not like some middle-eastern trillionare take over in WHL. We have to show that we are a capable club!!!

Well wouldn't say we are not doing that, but the problem is that if you count teams on London are you see that we're not the only team who has a youth academy and is trying to do that.

Your about three years behind the clubs own ambition to do this then, apart from new academy and training facilties that will be built we have signed young talent while producing our own homegrown talent.
You can see we intend to compete for the best youngsters when we snapped up England's hottest young talent John Bostock and beat Man Utd to the signature of Paul-Jose Mpoku and brought in Italy under 17 keeper Mirko Ranieri.
Add to that other top prospects we signed like Dean Parrett,Danny Rose,Yuri Berchiche,Oscar Jansson,Tomas Pekhart,Alex Olsen plus academy products like Andros Townsend,Adam Smith who were with the first team this summer shows we have made big strides and it has worked for us by winning top european youth tournaments and finishing runners up a couple of times as well.
Add to our development squad we have mature teenagers in the first team squad that have international caps like Giovani Dos Santos,Gareth Bale and Chris Gunter who all turned 19 this year along with Adel Taarabt.
Add to that our oldies at 21 like Huddlestone and Lennon plus 22 year olds Modric and Corluka.
We are planning for the future and we have a better pool of young talent than most clubs around so don't worry about it.

I've always agreed with anyone who mentions the youth academy, a Youth Academy is the lifeblood of most clubs and we are no different, I agree totally that the board (I have no idea if they already are) should spend as much as possible on our youth development.

I love the way OUR youth scheme mainly develops British talent in contrast to that lot down the road that smell. As Peter Cook put it.
