I didn't realise Arsenal are only getting £30m per season from Puma, for a club with lots of cache, they really are bad at negotiating.

I don't see how this affects us in anyway.

Adidas is not an option, they are changing their approach and supplying less teams in all sports because Nike is No.1 worldwide and UA is now No.2 in America.

The latter is embarrassing for them so now their focusing on sponsoring more athletes, hiring 'better' designers' (Dolche from Nike) and fashion stuff with celebs like Kanye and his super ugly Yeezy Boost's.

Thing is that even though Chelsea did shit this season they will still throw some huge money going after the world's best palayers and that's what the sponsors want.

Happy to stick with UA for the shirt but its the stadium funding we have to worry about.
Been suggested several times this was with Nike particularly with American football coming but doubt that will be case now

Hmm, something fishy going on there, probably using Nike to launder dirty money into the club.
Like I have been saying, too much corporate political baggage with Nike, always something in the background, stay well clear don't want my team associated with them.

Record breaking deal for a club not in the CL and with a thin core fan base, but run by someone with influence in Russia, oh look they have the World Cup in 2020, yeah right nothing odd about this deal

We won't start negotiation for a stadium sponsor until the final year before it opens - i.e. next summer.

Haha yeah I can see it now... the Spurs Megastore in New Bond Street.

EDIT: Just seen you're from Houston so you probably won't get that... it's equivalent to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills

Let me just email the boss of my company.... After all, we are kitting out the US team for the Olympic ceremonies, so why not create a kit for a football team...o_O

I take it you work for Ralph Lauren. In that case make sure it's the Black Label, I don't want to see any of that Polo sport shit

It was a big deal when it was done a few years ago. The United Adidas one changed the market.

That's fair.

Whoever's doing their deals doesn't have good foresight.

Their initial stadium naming rights deal was also 'low'.
