Missed 26 games in his entire career, wouldn't consider that injury prone.

He would only be short term cover for Kane and not cheap. We need a striker who can score and he probably ticks this box but all things considered I'm not sure.

Pochettinho and the scouting network obviously see qualities Berahino can bring to Spurs.

Negredo is a very good player, but age 30? too old for Poch now in the way spurs squad is set up to play high pressure, with academy players coming through. Still on a one yr contract could be what we need support for Harry and in Euro Games so we can win this sliverware and qualify for CL.

Negredo was at Man City, and a good forward player, but was in a squad Mankini had to rotate due to the quality...and incoming top money players only they (a UK Club) could buy and pay salaries for. he got disillusioned i think.

That's the rumour but he's out of contract in the summer so might be worth the risk. Will he work hard enough for our system though?
