I don't know anything about the guy but when I hear that they started as a video analyst, then a scout and worked their way to where they are now, I feel excited. To know somebody actually has experience in those critical roles means they will actually establish them with the level of care they deserve.

Then Levy will sack them for a cheaper inferior alternative.

Got to start somewhere, but the source is garbage isn't it?
It was mentioned by Skysports a couple of days ago but buried among the Nagelsmann not coming story - and Football Insider also ran the story.... Not saying any of those sources are much better but it has been dping the rounds.

Spors for Spurs is almost too good to be true.

Not suggesting in the least that Levy is good or that he is running the club well, currently, but…..we’ve been paying top dollar management and DOF wise recently, Mourinho, Conte and Paratici were on fortunes. I don’t think money is the problem, it’s the endless dithering in the transfer market.

Our press release when it all goes wrong because he realises we’re a clown show:

“Tottenham Hotspur are not, and never have been, in negotiations with Johannes Spors.”

We'll see.
Everything Levy has done on the football side (apart from Pochettino) has been wrong, or he has interfered with it until it has gone wrong.
His greatest luck has been Harry (where would we be now without Kane).
I've no faith in Levy anymore.

I reached that point a fairly long time ago. I suspect I'm not the only one.

Brentford or brights sporting director would have been a good shout, let’s hope this guys good and we sign him, back him and let him do his job,

Rather than medal the club need a strong plan, ethos, and contingency planning for every eventuality. We need to talk to be more decisive in the transfer market plus have options incase a player goes. I like the Brentford guys philosophy was the squad of 16 and continuously planning for every eventuality like Brighton have a player goes, it’s not a huge problem. I don’t understand how we can be so haphazard and directionless
