Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Rennes defender Loic Bade just months after he was let go by Nottingham Forest.

Never heard of him. A quick Wiki search suggests he was at Forrest on a season long loan with an option to buy. He didn't play for them and they didn't take up the option.

He's on loan to Sevilla and has played 11 games this season.

He's 23 and has played 25 league games in the last 4 seasons.

From the outside it appears he isn't good enough to play for clubs in various leagues and hasn't got any real experience.
