Naive by the manager and players in the 2nd half tonight.
The goals conceded would of been fair enough if we were chasing two goals to win the tie but being in front they were shocking.

It's what I expect having been Spurs for so long though.
This.

We played alright, they cut through us and scored.

We've done the same to teams, very good ones.

Me sad.

A shame, but we were really ever going to win it??? Let's focus on the FA Cup.
Like Leicester were never going to win the title... the only way you win is if you're in it, we had a chance just as much or almost as much as anyone else. Liverpool and Man Utd will be believing they can win it. Hard loss to take, just didn't take our chances over both legs with too many shoot in foot moments.

They’ll believe they can win it because they’ve yet to have the reality check that comes with playing a side who are better than Burnley in the competition. Liverpool have had the easiest run to a quarter final I’ve ever seen

Just got back from the game

Thought we were the better side tonight and in the end Juventus had to use all their CL experiance to overcome us.

Poch has got to learn to react and make substitutions quicker, leaving Llorente until the 85th minute and not bringing on Moura was baffling.

Would like to know how his assistants play a part in subs...do they suggest? Does he listen? Just seems to be a collective inactive-ness around how and when we make in game changes

Did anyone see Chiellini's interview? Basically he said they knew that Spurs do not have a history of going through in big games like this so they believed they would go through or at least have chances.

Unfortunately this is the difference with a team that has won lots of trophies both historically and in recent years, we're not at that stage yet. But the more big games should only add to the learning experience.

Thought he came off as totally classless

The media is loving him because of the touching Astori stuff but I thought he was plain rude about us.

Poch should print what he said out and pin it up in the dressing room

Trust me we won't. That's unless top 4 every year is defined as getting there, but where is the glory in finishing 4th.

Then why don’t you fuck off and support some Oil Slave team (if you don’t really already) if you’re that fucking sure about the best Spurs team since Bill Nich not being good enough for you.

Fucking hell some of our fans are such cowardly bottling fucks it’s disgraceful. Embarrassing.

This was my 6th game this season. Among those we had wins over Dortmund, Real Madrid, Man Utd, Arsenal and APOEL. Tonight we lost to last year's finalists and they were well drilled. Yet we still had the better chances and we're unlucky not to score more.

We've progressed top of a great group so a great improvement over last season. Even more reason to qualify again next season and continue improving. The likes of Juve have many years experience in the Champs League and only just edged past us.

How anyone can complain losing to a team like Juve is beyond me. One loss in 18 games is nothing to moan about. This was another step in our football education. Let's go for top 4 and FA Cup victory to finish the season in style.

Didn't deserve to lose but that doesn't mean that we were entitled to win either.

At this level, you have to keep your focus for the entire tie and take the majority of chance that come your way. Unfortunately, we didn't do either and got punished. Juventus are a great team, there is no shame losing to them and I'm sure we will learn from the experience. Just can't help but feel a little bit frustrated with how it turned out given how well the lads played.

Just got home, gutted but still proud of the boys as I thought they gave their all and will learn loads from this. Think Harry was more interested in battling the CBs than being wise and getting round them but this experience will help him loads.

We needed a bit more luck tonight (it looked an absolute stonewall pen for them to me) but it wasn't to be - there is a reason Juve keep gettign to the final I guess. Fair play to Juve - they're not bad are they?

Can someone explain to me how losing a game automatically makes you a bottler?

We didn’t bottle tonight at all...
We lacked a bit of know how and when the first Juventus goal went in we should have sat a little deeper, shut up shop and settled things down for 10 minutes instead of playing such a high line and letting them get in behind us for a quick 2nd.

We were the better team for the majority of both legs. We should be disappointed but proud to of how much we’ve come on in Europe.

No shame in feeling bad and lashing out if thats what you do. But what happened happened.

We were the better side over two legs and that IS something to take on. If this continues then we become something special

Two years ago we would be chuffed knowing we'd got close to beating Juve, now it feels terrible to have lost to a side we bossed for 170 minutes. Thats called progress, the hurt counts and seeing that interview with Son the squad feel it worse than any of us

I think they gave everything they had

Winners tend to have the last laugh unfortunately.

Regarding Chillieni’s interview. When it comes to the Champions League and European Cup, Juve are the biggest legends in the history of the competition! How many finals lost? Big nosed prick
