Tottenham Hotspur have made a bid for Sander Berge, which has been rejected by Sheffield United. Tottenham’s offer of £17 million has fallen short of the Blades valuation for the midfielder. Sheffield United actually paid a club record fee of £22 million for Berge just 18 months ago, and despite their relegation to the Championship they do not seem to be willing to take a loss on the midfielder.

I like the look of Palhinha. Looks a very good for wahat we're after. Maybe Berge is on Paratici's multiple candidates list.

Why would they accept less, dont understand why we would offer that?
Always worth a cheeky bid, especially in this market as it may benefit them to shift his wages too.
Not that I'm overly struck on him as a player we need.
