Tottenham are closely monitoring RB Leipzig defender Josko Gvardiol. The Londoners are stepping up their interest in the centre-back, 20, and we can reveal that scouts from the club watched him once again in Tuesday’s 2-0 Champions League win over Celtic in Glasgow.

I think Lenglet's doing a great job. I really hope we make his loan permanent. I'm still very surprised that we didn't get a buy option at silly money in with his deal which would have been brilliant business. Gvardiol's a great player but Chelsea will throw ridiculous money at him like they did with Cucurella.

I think ITK at the time suggested we tried but Barca didn’t want to entertain a buy option

After seeing Pique's performance last night, I will be surprised if Barcelona are nos trying desperately right now to find a loophole in their loan deal with us to get Lenglet from us before the weekend.

If Barca want Lenglet back then it's a no brainer as Bastoni is not really impressing much, he played in the midfield yesterday for Inter, then got subbed.

Chelsea will always be a concern though

Come on Google show us the money!

Maddison first please

I thought Chelsea signed him for 90 million then loaned him back?

Fear that Chelsea will take him and nkunku from Red Bull this summer

there’s no buy out clause for lenglet. I have heard this is because Barca made him take a wage deferral previously, so trying to purchase him will end up in an albeit smaller version of de jong to Man U
