I’d be revelling in the success and sticking two fingers up at all the fans of other clubs. Suffered enough being a Spurs fan for 30 plus years to think any differently both emotionally and financially.
I'd be the inebriated guy wobbling about on top of a bus-stop on Tottenham High Road as the open top bus goes past.

It's really easy to have integrity when no-one is interested in buying us.

What would be really interesting is if we got taken over by shady owners who bankrolled us to success, how many people would still be singing from this hymn sheet.
Sportswashing works so well because in the end we all just love the game and want to see our team do well on the pitch. I

It's more than a sport...for many fans the team they support has been passed down through the generations, so I think it runs much deeper than just being able to switch off their support just because of who the owners are.
It's not like any other product or brand where there are alternatives available.

To clarify, I am not saying I would stop supporting Spurs. All I am saying is that I don't want our club to be owned by people like that if given a choice. Yes, we all want the glory and to win things, but morally, it would be very tough to stomach. At the end of the day, I'm just an anonymous fan and they know that for the few that would be prepared to walk away, they'll probably get 10x new fans as soon as we start showing success again.

Got a sneaky feeling the Glaziers are going nowhere, bit like Levy , unless a huge bid comes in.
Could work to our advantage, though pool might surface as an option too.

Talk of FSG selling a stake to Liberty Media. Gut feeling is a lot of these US owners, expecially at clubs like Utd and Liverpool with their global appeal, don't completely want out as they may see more mileage when it comes to TV rights especially overseas. Also even though the ESL appears to be off the table for now, wouldn't be a surprise if it is looked at again in some form or another.

Think the more US owned teams we see in the league, the more the Premier League itself is going to be cornered and dictated to.

One for the conspiracy theorists out there but seeing a lot of new sponsorship from INIOS around the stadium today…

Absolutely this.

I know it sounds stupid but I would be more uncomfortable having to tell people I know longer support Spurs, than telling them I’ve murdered my wife. The later being more believable

Funny watching two plastic teams playing, Manchester City v Chelsea, one well run and winning everything and the other floundering through bad management from the top down. It just proves it’s not just money you need for success but sensible recruitment and good leadership. Then again being stinking rich would be a good start for us I guess.
