Harry Maguire could be on his way from Manchester United to Tottenham this summer in a move that could potentially help keep Harry Kane happy amid question marks over the striker’s future.

He’s a big upgrade on Dier, this season he’s been shite, but if someone like our magic new manager got his confidence back, he’d be ok.

Lack of pace and agility would be a major red flag imo if we want high intensity. Probably bullshit anyway.

Maguire is a good defender however like many he is prone to errors that get highlighted more because he is/was UTD's captain, he also is an England regular.

If Ange thinks he's for us then give him a chance

I wouldn't pay for him but i would consider swapping Dier for him. At least he might score the odd header that Dier always misses (hopefully in the OPPOSITIONS goal).

Not that I particularly want him but he's better than what we have in Dier. He is not a bad defender and has proven his worth for England.

It's a shame he's a figure of fun for fans but I get it, but I think a lot pundits and press have bought into it and doubled down which is pretty shitty really.

We need to get in a good experienced CB and a couple of very talented young ones who suit a high line.

We have a very good young defender already at spurs!,

Not sure Harry is what we need

He works for England because they play a deeper defence, he's shite for Man United because they play a high line. We've just moved into the latter category.

100% he's getting shopped about to everyone, and we're a fanbase desperate for news, so they popped our name on the story regardless of suitability.

What you write is true, but Big Ange has gone on record saying he likes strong characters that are prepared to take risks passing out of defence and he definitely does that.

If we're going to play a back 4, the CBs have to have an all round skillset. Lenglet is very good passing out from the back but isn't quick or agile enough, just like Maguire. We need significant upgrades and I don't see that in Maguire at all.

Do we love Harry Kane enough to sign Harry Maguire? I mean that's one shit defender and we need some good ones.

Tough first decision for Ange, if true 🤣🤣
