Find the special young ones while the big guns focus on paying 75 million for VVD. We swoop in for the 15-25million pound deals and develop our players. Don't pay ridiculous wages, WORK for your success.

The one caveat is that when we develop these players we have to be able to hang onto them long enough to actually win something with them.

That's why it has to be a conveyor. The developed ones hang around for 2-3 seasons, then we sell them for 80 million and the developed youngsters take over, already bled in and familiar with the system.
