I wouldn't place that level of importance on it. A win would be huge for us, but lose and we'll still be above them, and Leicester have a tricky game. Our next Prem games are away to Villa, and at home to Bournemouth, so entirely winnable matches that would lift confidence if the worst case scenario occurs.

This is not all or nothing. It's essentially an opportunity to put distance between us and Arsenal and pretty much end their chances of the title, or for them to cling on a little longer. This will not define our season (but it could certainly help it).

Agree. It's huge obviously, but we haven't achieved anything yet and won't until the end of the season.

The most important NLD since way back. Probably the last most important derby was back in the days we didn't need grammar police. That's a long time ago. I blame the Tories.

Ospina still has nightmares about being stone-footed and watching that beautiful Kane header loop right into that top corner.

Time to fuck up his mind even more. 5-0 Kane 2, Lamela, Eriksen, Alli
I think 5-0 as well had a bet on it 100/1 also gone for 5-1 150/1, if we get at them early, with relentless pressure they may well fold.

First real test. Is this the new Spurs or still a season too early. Not been pumped like this for a game in years.

I see the usual over confidence has started in earnest....... and very often ends in bitter disappointment.

Anything can happen in this game and I hope Poch makes our players stay grounded and block out all the hype.

We can beat them. That's obvious as anybody can beat an opponent in football or any sport. But we can beat them based on our dominance in every game we have played this season bar West Ham. And our dominating display at the Emirates should give us confidence, though we drew, I think that's when we realised there was something different with our side this season. If I were a player I'd be thinking about getting the better of my opposing man today just like when we went their place.

Most games our about us - if we do what we need to we will come out on top. Against teams who have top players, like Sanchez and Ozil we have to remember that they can hurt us regardless of if we dominate.

I want us to play with the same intensity as last year at the lane. Press, tackle and move it quickly.

I think if we go behind we'll struggle to break them down and they'll be happy to sit in and counter. If we go in front I think we will totally dominate and win fairly comfortably.

Either way I've been up since 6 with nerves. Only another 5 hours to go!!

Saw a report the other day that arsenal haven't lost three in a row this season, didn't mention that Spurs haven't lost two though.
This will be hard, I have to believe that Arsenal will be at it today and we will need to be at our best to win, if we are, we will.

Their fans will be right up for it, even if their team aren't.

Don't believe this will be a walk in the park at all for us.

It's a frickin 2:30 hr journey for me on 4 different trains. I only live 40 miles away!

I am surprisingly relaxed about this game, not sure if that's good or bad.

I just hope the players perform like they have been most of the season and not like they did at West Ham, if so we'll be fine.
