Another 2 points dropped, no way should a team with 10 men salvage a draw. Weak.
Another point gained towards CL though.

Other side of the coin. The shinier side for me, personally.

I don't think we've got the mental fortitude at this time to take the title. Just don't.

We've done amazingly to be up there this season and I hope this is the first of many challenges for it in the coming years.

Disappointed we didn't win but not too downbeat because at least we are still 3 points above the shit with a better goal difference and only 2 behind Leicester who could well get beaten by Watford today.
Watford won't beat Leicester IMO, they will be 5 above us by the end of today and if United win they will be 5 behind us, not a good situation to be in, we have done it to ourselves.

Spurs fans aren't fickle

We played well today. Sure we weren't at or best but the games have come so thick and fast. The first 30 minutes we put great pressure on them without creating any clear chances. We allowed them back into it. The 2nd half picked up where it left off but we started to create more. Once they went down to 10 men we did well to turn it around. When the opposition go down to 10 men that doesn't automatically mean it should be easy. At 2-1 we should have really pushed on to get a 3rd. Instead we made a poor mistake and conceded a soft goal. We still created some great chances though and on another day one of them would have gone in. The game went so flat at 2-2 I think the fans should have done a better job to get us going again.

I can understand people being disappointed but the overreaction is pathetic. Using words like 'unacceptable' is so ridiculous. This was a NLD and they're always close. Even with a man advantage they were always going to fight for everything. When the rain comes crashing down it makes for a typical battle and the games can go either way. I was doubtful Arsenal would lose 4 games in a row, something just had to give there. I think we just didn't have the energy to keep up the pressure throughout. When you play 4 games in 10 games it is always difficult. We've won 2, lost 1 and drawn 1. It's not nearly as bad as people make it out. We need to win those next 2 League games before the international break. Then we can really go for it in the final 7 games.

If we want a chance at the title we've just got to focus on winning our next 2 first and foremost.

If Leicester lose, which away to Watford they could quite easily do - then the points and league positions are as you were before the West Ham game - Leicester remain 2 pts clear - Arsenal are still 3 pts behind us - ALL TO PLAY FOR STILL

But then do we start looking behind us at Utd and City?

I would have accepted a draw before the match but in the context of the game it was poor.

The only surprising thing, I suppose, is that we didn't completely screw it up and lose being 2-1 up with a man advantage.

Only partial spursy...

I feel so angry. There's not gonna be a better chance to win Premier League. We are actually playing like we has in recent years...

Points after round 28.

2015-16: 54 points
2014-15: 50 points
2013-14: 53 points
2012-13: 54 points
2011-12: 53 points

But like Poch says...they're not robots.

They are feeling the pressure big time imo and haven't been here before.

It's different for Leicester as they are just a bonkers wildcard and can play without pressure because no one expects a thing from them . They are just having a whale of a time.

Hopefully this is r blip. Good opportunity to record a couple of comprehensive victories to boost the confidence but villa and Bournemouth will put up a fight and must'nt be taken for granted.

But if Leicester win it what does that say about us? They have more mental fortitude? They haven't been in a title race either.

Positives? Everyone else around us has dropped points in the last few weeks. We are still second with two very winnable games coming up.

Pretty good to achieve second (say) too. There will be plenty of more opportunities with this exciting team (and club, as importantly).

yes but this will most likely be the best opportunity for years to come, the league is there for the taking and if its leicester that win it the rest of the league will look back with great envy

Oh well, what a shame. Feel flat as a pancake.

We made the most of their weaknesses, including coquelins naivety, then contrived to starve ourselves of the ball just when we needed to really make them work to get it back. There's immaturity out there, but that comes with youth. Dier? Not top class, might still grow, but not nimble or clever enough against the best. Clumsy on and off the ball and deserved an early bath. All the subs weakened us, unluckily but they've had worse luck this season.

A desperately shitty goal to give them their lifeline, too, ragged line and then Hugo dived as if pitch was still bone dry.

One point from the two derbies won't prove too costly unless we happen to slip up in the next two games as well. City have villa and Norwich, but if the Scum do turn things around and go on a run it will have been us who squandered a massive chance to kick them perhaps fatally in the bollox when they were down.

Cmon Watford.

That's 4 points dropped against arsenal this season. We should've won both. Only at the end of season will we know if it has cost us

It's been that sort of week where I'm now more nervous about dropping out of the top 4 than winning the title. Big big result needed vs Villa next week!

At half time a draw wouldn't have been a bad result. However, once we went 2-1 against 10 men (with an absolute world class goal) we just had to see that game out. A point is a point, but at the moment I feel deflated, feels like our chance has gone. Gutted that we couldn't see it out...
