Nothing wrong with three at that back. It's more attacking than four at the back.

The problem is the lack of quality and decision making. We move the ball so slowly. We have done all season (beyond a season actually) but irrespective of what formation we play it always comes down to one thing for me. If Eriksen plays well, so do Spurs. If Eriksen has an off game, so do Spurs. Doesn't matter who the other X are or what formation we play.
