So since opta have be doing the stats for the premier league (2005) there hasn't been a team that failed to have a single shot in the entire game.

I gotta say, Kyle Walker comes across as a very level headed young man, A spurs legend in the making!

Wow, wish I was as confident as Hoddle and Wilkins.....

They are right. We should be getting 9 points from the game we have left. It's up to the management team and players to make i happen.

we finally won....

but i felt blackburn didn't turn up. quite expected when Steve Kean was watching the Wigan game yesterday instead of preparing for their match against us.

hopefully this win will be a good boost to the team's motivation.

Don't think we've turned a corner. We were never great after the initial minutes and the second half was completely redundant (aside from that Walker blockbuster). We were lucky to face a gutless Blackburn side who were absolutely appalling and the worst team to come to the lane this season by a distance. They couldn't even muster a single shot attempt ffs!

Really should've made them pay

Well that was better, I had forgotten what it felt after winning a game! Much improved, we seemed to have a bit more zip about us although Blackburn were woeful and hardly put up a fight.

Main positive... we have finally found someone who can take a freekick!!!!!!!!!!

I wish Hoddle would stop saying that we're going to get 9 points from our last 3 games. I appreciate the confidence, but we've been here so many times this season and we always falter against the expectations.

If we can finally break our away duck for 2012 on Wednesday then I'll be confident. Said similar many times recently though and it just aint happening.

Wasn't there a thread a few days back about Walker just being a typical England favorite all hard work, blood and guts but no technique??

Well this is more likely a blip than a new run of form. But we can always hope that the corner is turned. I think I will as I like feeling that rather than dread. And thanks to Wigan we now have our destiny in our own hands (sort of with Chelsea in the UCL final)....but hey....one draw by Arsenal and we win the rest of our matches and we don' have to worry about that. So end the season on a 4 match run and hope for the best. All I know is this feels much better than the past few weeks. I forgot what it was like not to hate the weekend :D

Have no confidence whatsoever that we'll beat Bolton I'm afraid.
/sigh. I'm right there with you unfortunately.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. That's about what many feel towards Spurs right about now. We played far better against Swansea and did the square root of eff all afterwards.

He doesn't deserve a spot though, we he may do as of late because we have been awful, guess theres no incentive to try if u know ur going to be barely a squad player.

Thought he did well in the 10 minutes he had, linked up well, looked busy and tracked back, shame HR didn't want to bring him on earlier. A new manager might give him a chance and a new lease of life. Actually think him cutting inside with Walker booming down the right would be a decent option to be honest especially if Bale sticks to the left to give us someone running on the outside the other side.
Well he is going to get a chance, especially if Lennon misses the next few games seeing as he went of injured.

Any news on Lennon btw?

I'm a lot more confident about the Bolton match, and more notably dealing with Kevin Davies after watching Kaboul today. Yeah, he didn't have much to do, but that guy is a rock.
