Hard game to call for me. Bournemouth are unbeaten away this year I believe I read.
Hope the result on Thursday gives the team more impetus to do well and boost their confidence with a good win.
No point worrying about any other team all we can do is win our games (one at a time) and see where we finish.
COYS not long left to finish top.

They are, but the results:

Won:
Crystal Palace
Newcastle

Drawn:
Leicester
Sunderland
Watford

Lost to arsenal on the 28th Dec

I'm worried about today if we don't take them seriously, because they are a much better team than before. It's essential that we get a win, because this international break may work in our favour by halting their momentum.
It's certainly not a game we can look past

As others have said they're 3rd in the current form tables

They're not a joke. They're a good, hard working team and they already have some big scalps this season like chelsea and man u. They're very capable of adding us to the list if we under perform

That said I think we will be focused and be somewhere near our best and I think because of this we will take all the points today

It won't be easy, it's a huge game for out whole season now and I think our young team will rise to the challenge rather than buckle under the pressure

This lot run around like nutters, not as easy game coming back off a Europa match and a match wherry we would easily slip up in the past, that said with our new found mentality and confidence I think we'll win 3-1 in a nervy game.

I think it will be a solid win today, Bournemouth only know how to play one way which will help us, will be refreshing not to see a team sit back for 90 minutes against us and actually try and play. 3-1.

Boruc was in goal against us at their place. Had a shocker!

Off topic but I saw Boruc in Heathrow airport the other day. Guy is an absolute unit, tall, shoulders like a wrestler. His Mrs was even taller, blonde hair, blue eyes and a worldy!

I reckon we'll go 1 nil down as we have done so often but come back for a 2-1, Kane and a Toby header.

On a separate note I think we should take Eriksen off corners completely or at least the out-swingers. Too many deliveries seem to be hitting the first man. Can't remember what game it was (maybe Arsenal) but Lamela took a few the other day and they were all very dangerous balls in. With the strength we have in the air we need to make the most of corners.

Toby Wimmer Dier Kane all threats at set pieces.

I can see this game only having the one goal in it. I just hope we're the ones to get it.

I think Pochettino should be emphasising the need for us to widen the gap on those below us rather than the title today. I think it takes the pressure off us a little bit that way and gives us a different motivation, considering United have City today and West Ham dropped points.

If we focus too much on the title then I don't think it does the confidence good as Leicester are pulling clear at the moment. The objective today should be to strengthen our position in the top 4 for that reason. We can think about the title more if Leicester start to show signs of a wobble.

You're all acting like Bournemouth are the best side in Europe. While no game is easy in this league, we are 2nd in the league, at home and have the better players in the two squads. No point making excuses before the game because it's win or bust from here.

Need that win.
I'd much rather be still in a fairly hopeless title race,
than drop down into the race for 5th place - a race we 'win' nearly every year.

Must remember that a defeat/draw today does not necessarily mean we have lost either race,
but it would be a very depressing and significant piece of evidence that maybe the wheels have finally come off our season, just when we need to find another gear.

This is what being at or near the top is all about - lots of pressure and the need to win every game. I guess now we see what this team is made of. Me, I think we are capable of staying the course. COYS.

Having been this nervous about a game all season. This will be a huge win if we can pull it off before the international break

Well said sir. When the going gets tough, the tough get going.
