Dier replacing Jan?Pleased for Dier to come on, IIRC he had been completely absent since turning down the U-21 callup and being admonished by Poch, so good to see him back in the fold. I'd much rather see him at CB than either Kaboul or Vlad moving forward.
It's now become a mental block. 'The yips'.But you'd think it would affect his overall game. Yet he looks as confident as anything in general play and making a pass to Rose which is so crucial to the goalscoring chance that Soldado basically scored it himself. Yet he can't!
VladDier replacing Jan?
Storm here at the moment.Internet connection has gone a bit dodgy, apologies. Trying to delete as I see the offending posts.
Andy Turner?
I'd prefer a mars bar and apple sandwich.... Yes they do exist, yes it's odd, yes it's Northern Irish, but yes it's yummy!
Apparently Schneiderlin, Wanyama, Tadic and Alderweirald are all injured for Southampton!
Pretty sure that's right. Think it was against Everton in the FA Cup.

Why don't we have players named A.Dick now? I'd get a shirt with his name on the back.Ally Dick was 16 years and 301 days old (1982 v Man City). John Bostock was 16 years and 295 days old (no idea who against)
*I didn't know that I looked it up. Honest.
Is that a Euphemism for Irish fanny? In a Belfast bap???
From what I'm reading, despite his apparently appalling miss, Soldado has supposedly been a different class tonight. For all the stick he gets, and for all the woes he's suffered since his move to our club, I can't help but admire the fact that he hasn't took the easy route & given up. He's not complained, he's kept his head down & just got on with his job. Yes you could mock him by saying he's not doing the job he's paid to do, but bloody hell, I think it's unbelievable that he hasn't just crawled under a rock & gone into hiding, or sulked & belittled the manager. Fair play to the bloke!
Redknapp shifted him back.As has been mentioned more times than is worth it, Danny Rose was a left midfielder under Redknapp and prior.
