Excuse me, but Ade put himself in that position. I would have done the same if Ade had done that with me in front of the entire squad.

There is a time place for everything.

If I had done that at one of my jobs, it wouldn't have been long before I was given a P45.

Personally I would came down hard on ADE but AVB went to far, he should always allowed ADE a way back. AVB his nose of to spite his face.

Maybe, but it doesn't matter what AVB should or should not have done, Ade should never had put himself in that position in the first place.

The team showed great character tonight. Reminded me of a game in Jol's days when we had berba up front always capable of wresting the matching in our favour.

Ade and Eriksen clearly top performers but like how Fryers played against 99.Defended really well and looked to get forward too - dare i say it, but he looked better than Rose

I was about to post exactly this. I'm a big fan of Fryers, he played the ball for Ade's 2nd goal as well

Employee's, especially ones like Ade will always speak out. Managers re paid big money to handle egos. Football manager have had problems before Rooney, RVP, Zlatan to name just 3 have big egos, no manager has ever totally blackballed them.

Well, if LVG's reputation is to be believed (and if he comes), I think what AVB done will be made to look mild and quite caring by all accounts.

I know it's all well and good speaking in hindsight but it was painfully obvious that he needed to be brought back in, we were struggling to score goals for God's sake.

Do you think Adebayor's the first player to step out of line in a football club?
