I don’t see the issue really, no different to a midweek European game surely? Better a Monday night than 8pm on a Sunday.

I’m looking forward to it, when was the last time we were on Monday night football?

So by that logic, all games need to be played Saturday at 3pm. No early kick offs no late kick offs or Sunday games? As early kick offs will have the same pressure of all eyes on them.
the sat and sun schedules are fine. having a singular game on monday is stupid and only for money.

So only injured for certain is sessegnon Bentancur and Perisic so a decent position to be in

Can’t call this one.

They’ve looked so open and exposed in a number of games, Leno has saved them in quite a few, City put 5 past them, off form Chelsea beat them comfortably at their place. But they’ve also had a few random clean sheets and tight games and got a 2-2 draw against Arsenal.

I feel like there is more of a chance against Fulham that we could batter them than say against Sheff.Utd and Luton who aren’t so open and play much more Sunday league type football whereas Fulham might try to play but also leave some spaces hopefully.

Im going 2-0 Spurs 🤞 but not as confident as I’d like to be although we are due a decent win soon as have had some close ones but also some games where ever deserved a bigger win scoreline.

Yeah they do like to play a bit which will suit us.

But we'll have to be at it as they're not a bad side at all.

I think the extra days recovery will work more in our favour than theirs and it being a night game the atmosphere is always better.

I'm going 3-0 Spurs if we're full strength.

Richarlison to start for me, simply because I prefer to have more presence in the box when playing a bottom half team at home whereas Johnson thrives when he has more space to attack.

Richy is also our lucky charm at home, surprisingly, having won 12 games and drawn 1 in 13 starts.

That’s an amazing stat, thank you. I do agree that sounds like the best strategy against them and give Johnson some time to ease in again with minutes off the bench

We are going well this season and proudly sitting atop the Premier League table as we have done for nearly two weeks. We have had a draw then four wins then a draw and now two more wins to start the season. I don't want to look too far ahead but it is not inconceivable that we put another four consecutive wins together but it will have to continue with us defeating Fulham next week. They have proved to be a tough nut to crack for North London teams if not West London ones. They knocked us out of the Carabao Cup on pens and snaffled a 2-2 draw with 10 men at The Emirates but got battered by Brentford and even contrived to lose to a Chelsea team who, at the time were handing out points like sweets. With the way we have been passing and creating chances we will give Fulham a thorough examination next Monday and I don't think they have enough to keep us out, although I do anticipate a competitive match. I foresee another win and another week on top of the Premier League. Tottenham Hotspur 3 Fulham 1. COYS!

Need to set the record straight after that limp out of the cup. Glad to be getting my first game in this season.

Didn't we have like 4 Monday evening games in a row towards the end of the Leicester season, seemed like design rather than random at the time?
