He might not score but by God does Richarlison work his socks off. Think people underestimate how important he is when pressing.

That was a hard watch tonight. Richy did ok first half but how he hasn’t hit the target I don’t know . Kulu loads of running and got into some great positions but end product seems to be letting him down more of than not at the moment. Romero was unreal. Big mention to Bassey

He didn't stop running.

But he did give the ball away quite alot in the last 30 mins or so.

Thought PEH did quite well, but still quite a step down from bissouma, skipp a further step down.

Maddison and Son really are integral at the moment, anything happens to them and I'm not convinced by the backups.

Richarlison looks like he couldn't score in a brothel.

Vicario looked excellent and the vice captain responsibility seems to be doing Romero the world of good.

I don't want to be pedantic but I'm going to be anyway, it was VdV with the interception on the 1st goal.

Good stuff for 70 minutes, and job done. Bit worrying the squad depth, the subs looked way off it.
But overall can't complain, 3 more points......... COYS!!

We beat United and Liverpool and could well have beaten Arsenal if they hadn't fluked a goal and been gifted a pen. I agree second half today wasn't good, but we're still a work in progress, despite the fantastic start.

I'm talking about the match tonight, not any other match.

I’m more and more impressed with Vicario. He made some great saves today. Was hoping for Raya during the summer but now I’m chuffed to have Vicario between the posts instead of him.

Yeah that's why I asked if he played twice for Sweden cause he was clearly gassed.

Only played 45 minutes at the break IIRC. Think it was more the nature of the game. He was running up and down and pressing relentlessly like Son & Madders. The difference was he had to play an additional 20-something intense minutes with the game becoming increasingly open.

They need more match minutes spread out across games more evenly then. Just wholesale changing the attack and midfield with 10 mins left does them no favours.

Morale mate. Bigger picture. Sitting on the bench all evening is horrible week after week, 10 mins is way better than nothing.
