Of course there's room for improvement, he's 19, you'd think that people would take this into account, the fact that he's getting better and will get to the point where he's more involved in matches as well as scoring goals. So whilst people (not you) may criticise him i urge them to remember that he's nowhere near the finished article.

I think that Poch clearly had a word in his and others ear's at half time about taking too many touches.

We are so much better when we don't overplay.

Slightly unfair on Inter, they have had decent teams since then. Nothing exceptional but none the less still very decent, same level roughly as the Lazio and Fiorentina teams we have faced in the Europa League, decent teams. Having said that they have had a bad preseason.

Anyway, my comment wasn't commenting on the quality of opposition, or saying we are the greatest thing since sliced bread, it was commenting on promising aspects of our play that deserve to be explored further in future games.

I watched all of Inters friendlies thus far and can honestly say they are fucking crap. Now friendlies and the real thing are different by a country mile, but once they let one in against PSG and BM they collapsed like a pack of cards and no different today.

I will take heart from today's game and that of our other friendlies, but this really was a walk in the park and i think should be viewed as such.

The best thing about the game for me was it looked like the whole squad understand the way we play and are all pulling in the same direction.
How many changes and was almost seamless.
Edit- I mean there didn't seem to be anyone who looked like they didn't fit with how we are playing.

Winks should get some good pitch time this season, I hope we see him in the PL at some stage as he looks very good, especially next to Dier today and Big Vic last week.

I can't speak for the first part but i'll look on the second part as a good way for our players to be getting the Newcastle and England shite out of their system. (y)

I don't think they like having the links on here but if you can use google you should be able to find what you want.
I was mainly asking if it was up on the OS as they were releasing videos during the match earlier with the scoreboard on the screen. Made me think Spurs TV was showing it.

The only disappointment I had is Wanyama missing out pairing Dier.

Inter were fucking woeful, but there were some nice aspects to this game. We saw some evidence of how in some games we don't need two risk averse defensive biased CM's, the balance of Dier and Winks was good, Winks had an excellent game, busy, confident on the ball and zipping passes about progressively, only a taster but you can see the potential there.

After a tough couple of games previously where it was hard to shine, I thought Janssen showed some of the better qualities that appealed to me from the limited first few glimpses I had of him. Robust, works hard off the ball, can use both feet, and showed good awareness of those around him a couple of times. Looks like the perfect back up for Kane.

Nice little cameos from Edwards and Harrison too. Edwards walking round experienced international defenders like they were training cones and Harrison doing what he's always done, showing timing and finishing.

Lamela was buzzing and Kane did his thing. I didn't like Kane and Janssen together though, they are way too similar and Kane is no ACM/10. They are sharks, if you are going to play that way, what you need is a piranha next to them, feeding off their bullying and the Harrison goal was a great example of this. Like Griezman feeding off Giroud in the Euros.

Hard to truly evaluate as Inter were fucking pony, and friendlies are never a viable yardstick, some experienced players showed what we already know, some good things, the biggest positive is surely that players like CCV, Winks, Edwards and Harrison did not look remotely out of place amongst the them.

A couple of Inters forwards were pretty sharp Perisic and Icardi: These were two players we were rumored to be chasing so it shows we are on the right track! The black box is working!
