One thing is for sure though, Son is no center forward so lets stop pretending that he could fill in for Kane if he were injured. That's that put to bed. Does not have the instincts/timing and understanding to play that role whatsoever. Looks much more comfortable when drifting in from wider positions or playing in pockets of space.

In fact we can count our lucky stars that Kane has been injury free all season.

By Christ it will be absolutely absurd if we don't bring in another center forward now.

The Leicester wankfest from the pundits and commentary is sickening.

Intentional or not, Dyer illegally dispossessed Rose using his hand.

How can they even argue that?

You do need intent for handball. But having your arm in an unnatural position is considered intent.

Funny as well that Leicester fans spent about 10 minutes screaming "handball" every time we touched the ball. (ah Banter)

Shame it subliminally programmed the Ref :p

What's Cudicini up to now? Fucking great back up, even if he is 40-odd now.

Their manager Ranieri is classy. Opposite of someone like Wenger or Mourinho. He said that his view was obstructed for the penalty so he couldn't say if it was one or not, and anyway, if the ref says its a penalty, then it's a penalty.

There a very good team and i really hope they get a top 4 spot as long as we are above them.

And what did he do right?

He's fucking gash. A waste of a squad space. He is worse than Ian Walker.

Neither goals were his fault. I know spurs fans love a scapegoat but you're looking at the wrong guy.

He's one of the best back up keepers in the league ffs.he was one of Swansea best players during his time there. Most fans were shocked that he agreed to join us as a number 2. He needs to play games to keep a certain amount of sharpness just in case Lloris picks up an injury - so cup matches are ideal for this. He was fine today, Toby was much more culpable for the goals we conceded.

Tottenham had 71 % ball possession.
Vorm had no gaffer (no, he had no chance on either of the goals)
Toby had a relatively poor game while Wimmer showed he's not rusty despite of hardly any games.
Carroll had almost been written off by many and today he run the show.
Trippier showed nice touches as a RB and Rose was all over the place and deserved being the captain.
Chadli and Son showed some nice touches and runs.
Onomah was solid hold his own although not spectacular (and I am happy with that).

Nah, he is crap. At least Davies has some potential, makes the Siggy deal less heartbreaking. Vorm excels at absolutely nothing as a goalkeeper.
Dropping truth breh! Right. He's not terrible at anything but not good at anything really. He's beige.

Yeah, I remember one idiot was trying to convince us. Even saying that "ball to the near post" was intentional and part of Poch's plan!

Idiot or just someone with a different opinion? We've scored more goals from corners than most in the league this season so have clearly been doing something right. You may also have noticed a lot of sides have been packing the front post area with defenders against us recently countering this threat. His delivery was shocking today though and his out swingers were a complete waste of time.

What was up with the coverage? More replays and zoom in angles of players and managers then actual football :poop:
THIS!!! Its so fucking annoying! We want to watch the football not stare up a players nostrils! This pisses me off. There was a point you could hear something going on in the match yet the camera was focused on Gray's mug!

Think it's unlikely we'll win the replay with our second string team away from home so with that in mind I feel the draw was an unwanted outcome.

Whilst I don't like losing anymore than the next guy, We have a very small squad, eventually all the extra games ARE going to catch up with us.
I think we have a very good chance away from home our 2nd XI vs theirs. If we'd not conceded that stupid goal from the corner and had kicked on and scored again we'd have been out of sight. Goals change games but before they scored we were shitting on them. I think we'll win on Wednesday and then again in the reply.

I also thought we'd draw that one.

Unnatural position usurps that.
True to some extent (in that it doesn't usurp it, it provides evidence of intent.) I posted the law more so to counter the fact that handball doesn't require intent rather than to say it wasn't a penalty.
Personally I would say that it wasn't a penalty for a handball, more for the fact that the defender was trying to bring down/hold back Rose...

The fact we play them Wednesday that equalizer was important. They would have their tails up (they still will) and our heads would be down. The dressing room would have been a morgue right now if we went out of the cup, the players would be gutted. They are not like some of us who would be pragmatic about it and think we could go full pelt for the league, they want to win every single game.
100% agree.

I mean, it's a really good point. We're not going to get Hugo 1a to sit as a backup. Always a bloody difficult position to fill.

Think there's much more confidence in the back 4 when Hugo is in between the sticks.

I'm sure there is but I can't see how Vorm's display today warrants any displeasure towards him. Yes he didn't have much to do but that makes such comments against him even more strange to me.
