I for one am frustrated by Bale's lack today of doing what he does best...going round the outside of defenders and putting lethal crosses into the penalty area. I only recall him doing this once today and the cross was screaming for a decent striker to be there to tap it in. When he dillydallies coming inside it's only Lennon providing the width. I like that they swop wings at times and I agree with the odd dart inside...but ffs....if it ain't broke...go keep winning us matches down the flanks boy!

Dempsey can be thankful for the late equaliser else that one-on-one he managed to toe poke straight at the keeper would have haunted him further. We really are screaming out for the Brazilian duo to come in this January (plus Mouts please). Surely now is the time considering the last two years when we've faded poorly in the 2nd half of the season.
