We have got to be the only fans who can win 5-0 with a great performance to tighten our grip on THIRD, and then spend the evening talking about selling one of Europe's best goal scoring midfielders?

Why would you even contemplate selling VDV? I mean seriously, are Saha and Ade going to be fit for every single match? Can we even play 4-4-2 in every single match?

Some people just have no real clue about football!

Going O/T here:

There was a point in the second half when BAE flicked the ball up and headed it back to Friedel. I seem to recall the rules being you couldn't "artificially" head/knee/chest the ball back to your keeper. It was actually the second time BAE's done it recently.

Anyone know what the rule is?

Ofcourse you can, the keeper just can't pick up a back pass that comes off the players foot.

That performance should have silenced some of the doubters about Saha and nelson ) very happy, saw the first 3 goals at the pub but had to leave!

Sounds like such a performance, great goal difference and perhaps maybe a sweetener for Harry to stay!

Are the people claiming selling VDV wouldn't be that bad, the same ones who had a shit fit when Pienaar and Bassong left, claiming we had no squad?

What a result. Fantastic performance from the lads.

I love beating that smug fuck Pardew too, especially in that manner.

Anyone else disappointed that neither Gosling nor Gutierrez (in the last minute of injury time managed to convert)

Please be aware that SPs attitude is coloured by the fact that he had a Lady on us to win 5 - 1

But, hey-ho - don't mind not winning the dosh - we got a super-fantastic-duper win, so

You're right about Pardew. There's something about him that fails to warm to him. He and and his team were on the right end of a complete piss take.. Fantastic
