if he's playing i'd feel confident of a good win, without him...it will be a very scrappy game.

see thats weird because last season we played some great football and we didnt have VDV actually if you remember our midfield against chelsea and arsenal was bale, mod,hudd and bentley . That could well be the midfield tonight. I wish we had defoe but we should have some faith in the good old 442. I'm more bothered that we have no dawson or king as i feel a settled defence is what is really required
