Reported Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Lautaro Martinez has turned down Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, according to The Times. The Inter Milan striker Martinez has rejected the chance to move to Arsenal because of the Gunners’ failure to reach the Champions League.

I'd like him, but I feel the club aren't interested in spending big on a CF with Kulu having doing so well. which is fair enough, but there does need to be real quality to rotate and refresh, Dont want to see lucas starting or coming off the bench replace one of the front 3.
