Well, you have to admire Woys loyalty to some of the payers picked. Half a dozen of them don't really deserve a call up. That said the more Spurs players selected the better. I am shocked though that Rose did not make the squad.

That's one thing that Roy should be applauded for. You can't build a good team by keep changing the players.

I'd be very surprised if Clyne doesn't start the qualifier.

I'm a Tottenham fan but would have to admit the former Crystal Palace defender is way above Walker in terms of attacking and defensive qualities.

I feel Andros will always get into the squad. Rightly or wrongly Roy feels a debt to him, he did play an important role in getting us to the last World Cup.

I thought Woy was at Old Trafford

he must of had a bad view to pick Townsend and Walker. Walker is too clumsy(Tackling, passing, concentration), and really only ever seemed to play well with Lennon
