Watching the game and he is very much in this match, if it is 442 he is the one dropping a lot deeper, he is moving a lot better than the last time I watched him play and he is working hard off the ball for the team, they are 1-0 down but he is playing well.

watching the game and he is not playing as an out and out striker...more as an attacking midfielder if anything. Had one good chance on the half volley saved.

Good in the first half but barely had a touch second half and subbed on 62mins
He looks a lot fitter than he did a few weeks ago so he is getting something out of the games but still no goals.

Good thing about him going off is you don't have to watch Millwall anymore.

Played at AM of a 4-2-3-1

Played well in the first 20 coming deep and the only one playing crossfield balls for some nice switches of play and showed some nice flicks/touches.

Then didn't track his man which led to their first goal, alsogave away a needless Free kick.

Main problem is Millwall attack is not very good, Bristol had two threatening wingers which Millwall looked in desperate need of and Parrott wjilst showing some nice bits of play isn't their answer at all. He also doesn't have pace or act as a target man so can see why they tried him at AM.

Millwall looked the better side for about 30min but you are right after watching them a few times they are not very good at going forward or defending and what they do need is pace, Someone like a J’Neil Bennett.

I've seen him play a little bit, Parrott has rarely played as a CF, he's normally played out wide or deeper, and he's done okay a few nice touches, but not really well enough to establish himself in the side. Injury didn't help him, but he has had chances, and opportunities and hasn't taken them. And he kinda needs to take responsibility for that.

It's not a big issue, he's 18 and can learn from this. But he hasn't been a hit there, even though you can see his intelligence and ability. He also does actually need to learn how to play up front alone, he's tall enough for it, though Kane, in particular, took a long time to adapt to that role. He's a kid how he takes from this experience is the most important thing.

Would have liked us to recall him and loan him to Swansea. They are having a great season without a true striker at the club. He would have got plenty of game time and worked with a coach known for devolping young players.

Hope he gets more chances up top for Millwall in the second half of the season.

It hasn't been a good loan for Troy in footballing terms but it will hopefully show him that he isn't a guaranteed success, he needs to work hard and he can't expect to walk into Spurs first team squad next season.

Would like to see him loaned again next season but to a team who plays football.

They are not playing well Ipswich.

Text my Brother who is a Ipswich fan and this was his reply

"Well I hope he can play up front on his own and get F**k all service"

Think he wants Lambert out.
I wonder why he didn't stay at Millwall, this doesn't exactly sound much different?

Another birthday today. Needs to get up and running at Ipswich now. Dane Scarlett isn’t going to be patient.
