Does anyone else feel this way?

Yeah Milan have the history, unfortunately for them they still have a lot of players from their history still on the pitch a stones throw away from gettin a bus pass, but they are still dangerous.

It's only half time and Milan will have a completely different midfield at WHL, most likely. Pirlo and Boateng will be very different to Gattuso and Seedorf. Also, expect Pato on from the start and Abbiati back in goal.

Second leg will be tougher than the first.

Not trying to be negative, but we have to get off this cloud and approach the second leg in the right manner.

We're in a fantastic position, but if there is one thing I am sure of, it is that we won't be complacent when it comes to the second leg.

I've said before that I think our players play at their best when up against quality opposition. I once went into a lengthy analysis of this, only for Starting Price to succintly sum up my point as "in other words, we're big time charlies"

He was right, of course. We fall down when we are complacent. I can't see that happening against Milan. Redknapp will make it incredbily clear to our players that we are still the underdogs, and will need to play at our very best to finish the job.

Milan will be fighting tooth and nail to salvage a win out of this, but I'm confident that the shere force of our fans rooting us on will ensure that the players do everything they can to get through.

I know exactly where you are coming from, but I think the mentality of our squad will be exactly where it needs to be.

The Milan side will definately be better. Prince will be starting along with pato i think. Pirlo is supposed to be out for 6 weeks so hopefully he wont make it back early .. . . .

We were being tipped as favourites against Inter at home as well, and we took them apart :p

Because we're new to the CL I can't imagine we'll become complacent, epecially on a 1-0 lead.

In England we treasure the under dog so much that real talent and dedication to being the best isn't as well repspected as it should be.

We're showing what a good team we are now and as a result are being tipped as favourites more often. This is a good thing and the results will be positive.

Is Boateng really that good?

he's a good player, not world class, but a good player.

but the problem with him will be, that he always brings that extra 50% into his game when playing us, because had a bad time with us. just look at pompey last season.

but maybe he has gotten over it.

I think in the eyes of Europe and Italy - They will see this as a small blip for Milan and that they are still favourites to progress.

This is where the will under estimate us again. They couldn't handle Lennons pace - Bale should have another field day - especially in the second half.

There is not a shot in hell of us being complacent. Harry and the management wont allow i...ffs we are on the brink here of something special.

I honestly think it will be a repeat of the Inter at home scoreline...3-1. 4-1 on aggregate
