Didn't help Italy much. They were quite shit, Norway won 1-0 but that result sent Switzerland through at both teams' expense. Italy would've gone through with a draw and Norway would've gone through if they won by two, and Norway had all the pressure towards the end but couldn't stick it away.

Tonali was Italy captain and looked silky but didn't do a great deal.

Don't think so. And Skipp's generally just been a sub. But ex-Spur Madueke has looked pretty impressive.
