impressive although i bet if we were to do that the council would say:

"Unfortunately we must decline your proposal for an underground stadium as we are planning to extend the Victoria Line through White Hart Lane by 2115."

But underground would be ridiculous, you'd have no natural light and the grass wouldn't grow. Why is digging down pointless compared to building up? Quite an impressive design I reckon

I like it, bit different and could create a really good atmosphere inside.

However it's nice to be able to see the stadium as you walk up to it on match day, Wembley is the best for this in London as you can see the arch miles away, gives a real feel of anticipation before the game, this would be lost a bit with this type of stadium.

Plus it seems like it might be harder in terms of future expansion etc... in 2045 my grandson will no doubt be whinging that our 65,000 seater stadium is crap compared to Man Utd's 140,000 and that the club were stupid for building the stadium into the damn ground.
