Undisclosed transfer values

Can you help me out here, fellas?

I seem to remember that if the value of a transfer is above a certain amount then THFC as a stock exchange listed company need to disclose the value. I can´t remember what that value is though. Any help?

As Malbranque, Tainio, Chimbonda and I think Kaboul have all gone down as undisclosed then are we right in assuming there values are less than this figure?

What I mean to say is, if that value needed to declare is say 3m then all would it right to think all of these were under 3m? And if so this 23m for the lot that sunderland supposedly bid is bullshit.

I´m a bit worried about our negotiating for sales prices. Seems we don´t get value.

Think it's about £8m as Woodgate was undisclosed and he was about £7.5m

it's fair to say we got about £20m+ for those 4 and £3.5m for robinson and £2.5m for Gardner, worry not, we always do well.

I think it´s crap that not disclosing is becoming the fashion, the fans should have the right to know.

BTW, how can we be sure Woody was 7.5 if it´s was officially listed as ´undisclosed´. Who confirms this as accurate?
