Follwing are next 2 home games (Everton and Wolves), these are the next 6 fixtures

Man City (Away)
Wigan (Home)
Liverpool (Away)
Newcastle (Home)
Scum (Away)
Man U (Home)

These fixtures may define where we finish in the league, what would be everyone's hopes for these games, I think 10points,based on winning home games and a draw away at one of the three, to go through them fixtures unbeaten would be amazing

10 points out of those 6 and assuming we can get 6 points out of Everton/Wolves (16 in total) will be a good return to hang on to 3rd spot.

That said, that will not be good enough to challenge for the title.

Man City Look unbeatable at home, I think they only dropped 2 points there last year? Without Sandro & Ade this surely is the game we've got the least chance of winning although Shitty do have a few carling cup games coming up which will hopefully stretch them a bit - 1 point possible though, and would be a bonus in arguably our toughest fixture of the season

We simply have to get max points against Newcastle and Wigan to keep momentum and team morale - definitely 6 points for the taking

Liverpool and the arse are winnable games. Arsenal are certainly not unbeatable at home and Liverpool have had a poor home record this season with draws against a lot of mid/bottom table teams, but have been unlucky in many of those and seem to always be up for the big games. Arse I think is more winnable than liverpool, especially if there defence isn't replenished in time - 3 point out of these two tough away game seems very possible and maybe a bit conservative but I'll take it

United is the game I would love to win the most. They look their weakest in a long time but still seem to keep the points ticking over. A lot depends on this game: who's the Ref, United's defence, have they upgraded their midfield, De Gea?
I can't Fucking wait for this game and praying we have a full strength team. We have a great chance to kick them down and I'm sure the players won't need any motivating - will we beat them? I'm gonna put my neck out and say yes - 3 points

So I'm looking for 12 points from these 6 games - to stay title challengers that's what we should be aiming for..

Kompany out for City game maybe, although I think he'll get it overturned

They have carling cup games in between too so prob won't affect us!

the 1st leg v l'pool is their next game and Kompany's first of the 3 game suspension, our game will be the 3rd game, so long as the red isn't rescinded.

I think if we keep King for for the away games we will only lose one of them max. Beat wigan and Newcastle and we can still drop two points against Manu :)wink:) and come out with 11 points.

Not sure if Kompany's card will be rescinded, similar to Milijas' (sp?) one vs Arsenal, and that wasn't overturned

Every home game we should aim for 3 points, so thats 9 points.
City away, 1 point
Pool away, 3 points (comon their shit, we can smash them)
Scum away, 1 point

14 points minimum please. Maybe 13 because we have no Adebayor for City.

City away will be tough because no Adebayor.

Pool away is the one i have most hope for getting a win in.

Scum away can go either way, reckon we can pull a draw from it, if Van Persie gets injured we should win. The guy really is a one man team, one of the best strikers in the world. IMO, he is the only reason that Arsenal are 4th(or 5th?) and not 8th or 9th. Yes teams rely on individuals but without him, those 1-0s are 0-0s or 0-1s.

No Kompany, no Toures. We can get something out of this game. Savic will be playing at cb and no Yaya in midfield is a big loss. There is hope.

individual self belief, team belief and winning mentality problem for years.. this is the sort of game that bring us to another level and really put all that to bed.
