Hoowl's last (and rather lengthy) post is spot on. My thoughts exactly there.

People need to get off his back and give him some support.

Keane started all of the first 12 league matches, but has then only started only 2 out of 8, in which he was subbed off on 58 and 71 mins. In the 6 that he didn't start he only came on as sub twice.

Crouch has played the full 90 in 10 of our last 11 league games, but had only started two before that.

It's clear than Harry's first choice partner for Defoe has switched from Keane to Crouch, since around the Sunderland game. This may not be a coincidence given how much better we were when Keane went off in that match.

But I'd only consider selling him if we've got a superior replacement lined up, and I'd be surprised if that were the case in the January window.

which was my piont when i replied to Howl's 16/20 stat. Keane had the box seat at the start of the season but if you want use appreacence as a guide as to who is the 1st,2nd and 3rd choice strikers then no.2 is crouch isn't it.

If harry choses Defoe and Keane then Howl is correct. If he choses Defoe and crouch then I am. If he picks Keane and crouch then we're no closer to a resolution or the resolution is that Arry has a placed a bet on liverpool to win.

Personally I think for Robbie to ask to leave is quite ridiculous, don't believe it for a moment. After all the shite he went through with his last move, and then to get the chance to end his nightmare, there is no way he will want to jump ship again. He is the captain of a team presently in the top four of the EPL, yes his form hasn't been great, but I know for one I would prefer to see Robbie on the pitch, giving 100% for our cause rather than for one of our rivals. Just hope he scores the winner on Sunday, COYS.
