i thought begovic was too good to be our back up GK

if james wants in I'm not necessarily against it - tho i've thought for a long time that harry got gomes all wrong - so it could be a bad move for us if harry destabilises gomes

i know we need a keeper and quick tho

On the other hand, having a genuine threat to his place might mean that Gomes wouldn't want to be subbed off every time he breaks a fingernail.

Thanks Yidio.

I know Pav says he doesn't wanna be at the club anymore, but I seriously believe he can still get in the team and take his chances. We need a player like him, if he's performing to his best ability.

Keane you'd of thought would be gone after Eidur has come in. What do we do with both of them?! Can we fit them both on the bench? And Pav?!

I'm betting on a crazy Monday.

I actually think EG and Pav would be a good partnership even though JD's our best striker at the mo (off form admitedly)

I agree with that and I think it would be good for us to have those options as I don't think it would work every game. I could see Pav and EG opening up teams like Stoke, Brum, Hull and Wolves or teams that try to park the bus as I do think there are both better technically than JD and Crouch.
