Imagine the next time - Bolt runs even quicker and, whilst celebrating with a flag around his shoulders and doing a lap of honour, he accidentally breaks the 1,500m record too

they said sprinters should be stocky and short, but now that thunder bolt came around, that theory goes through the window lol.

Tony Gardner could've given him a run for his money

actually, if my addled memory serves, wasn't he the fastest guy in the squad til Lennon came along?

i actually thought it was Ledley, and was for a while after Lennon's arrival, but probably isnt now due to his knee problems.

Nah, if it was anyone, it was TG - when he was a kid he used to compete in sprints and athletics but was given the choice so decided to try out football instead and never went back. From what i recall, he was very, very quick, then you put a ball at his feet and he lost 50% of his pace

Guess it all comes down to technique at that speed.

None of the sprinters in the 100 were stocky or short. Guess that theory went out the window ages ago.

The high jump is great too. You could hear a pin drop when the German is jumping.

The hurdles was a great race as well

He'd destroyed them all by the first bend. He's just unreal.

Ok, they tested for drugs and now they've done a gender-test on that South African fella, wouldn't be surprised if they put Bolt through a species test. He's got to be part gazelle or something

The drugs tests for everyone in the 100m all came back negative, has the gender-testresult came back yet?

They think the gender test results will take weeks, even months, to come back.

Anyone know who won the high jump?
