Using the premierleague fixtures

Hi,

Does anyone know if individuals can use premierleague fixtures on a weekly basis for say fantasy league or part of a football related software/app?

Is any sort of licensing involved here?

- I have checked online already but couldn't find info on this on premierleague, football dataco or related sites

if i am right...

u can use single fixture, but not the fixture list. u need permission from the premier league to use it.

I think you can use a SMALL sample, ie one or two fixtures. Anything else is a breach of copyright.

Can't remember who, but some organisation got in trouble over it last season.

Tough rules. I hope I can find something in written form. If anyone finds anything, please pass it on to me. I've searched.

Otherwise I can always use the classic computer games' technique of getting away with it, misspell every teams name
