Valencia interested in Harry Winks

Valencia have identified Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Winks as an ‘alternative’ to Juventus’ Arthur Melo, according to AS. Arthur is the priority for Gennaro Gattuso to complete his side’s midfield. They have an agreement in principle for his transfer, but their financial situation makes the deal ‘more than delicate’.
